Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Returns will not be accepted if they are sent back without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engravings)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you desire.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
